Delivery Coverage
We deliver PAN India through our courier and delivery partners. Serviceability at your exact pincode is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery on all orders of ₹499 or more.
A flat delivery charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation and delivered within 2-9 business days depending on your location.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout and in order updates are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at teams@alyaara.com or via WhatsApp. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or request a return as per our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud; in such cases, a full refund will be issued for any amount already paid.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the doorstep, please contact us so we can arrange redelivery.
