We want you to be completely happy with your Alyaara order. Here's how returns, replacements, and refunds work.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect versus what you ordered.
Since our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or consumed products unless there is a quality issue.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at teams@alyaara.com or WhatsApp us at +91 81 976 976 76 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and share the next steps, including pickup or self-ship instructions where applicable.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved returns are resolved either by a replacement shipment or a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
For orders paid online via Razorpay, refunds are credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
Refunds are typically initiated within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Non-Returnable Situations
Change of mind after delivery, minor variations in natural product colour/texture/aroma, and products without original packaging are not eligible for return.
We currently deliver across India; return eligibility and pickup timelines may vary slightly by location.
